Yes and no.

Yogurt contains live bacteria cultures, so that it is not pasteurized.

The milk is used in the production, but is almost certainly not, but yogurt yogurt, if you really kill bugs before they for sale. I think that if so, as a "cake".

Yes, I am looking for an empty container. It is titled: "With active acidophilus, Bifidus and L. casei cultures.

It is of interest: Pasteurization is a very good note, but when used with milk, there is a price. Destroy some elements in the milk and thus problems for people who are lactose intolerant. - The people have never had a problem with dairy products until they started pasteurizing the topic.

Cheers!

Im in my last semester at the bakery and pastry arts at Algonquin College

In Canada, it is forbidden to a product, yogurt, milk, ice cream, baked goods and even sell as merainge. That is not pasteurized. Like eating a product pasteurized milk gives you an increased risk for the disease of public life, Bourne called saminela
