His first reaction is a good job, that's how they are manufactured here in the U.S.. But since you taking swings i welded the first place, why does not the link at the bottom of the chain is welded on the upper right rail.
If you have the soldiers only welding the person is also the chain hook or loop around the chain and close with a screw or get the closure of some type. See bear only every few months.
